Overwatch Group personnel come from a mixture of backgrounds. The majority have previously worked for the military and the police but we also have experts from other professional development backgrounds on our roster, for example professionals with no military background who have completed specialist courses specifically related to the Security Industry, as well as those with a management background in the sector. Former military personnel have mostly been working with private security firms since their resignation and have therefore gained additional skills in corporate and civilian security management.

Both company employees and deployable contractors are highly skilled, motivated and dedicated to providing world class security solutions. The combined experience of the directors of Overwatch Group exceeds 35+ years of expertise in the military and in the private security industry.
